The home is located on 12 beautifully landscaped acres (3 fenced acres for our furry friends) that attract birds and butterflies galore! Located on a 10-acre farmstead, Mulberry Cottage at The Woods & Hollow is a Eureka Springs must for the solo traveler or couple. Many NWA tourist attractions are within just a few miles.

There is NO door between bedrooms. THE BEST amount of space for a couple, 3-4 friends or a couple with 2 small kids. 12 minute walk to downtown bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. 5 minute drive to grocery. 30 minutes to Beaver Lake, museums, caves, mountain biking, hiking, rafting.
