We live on the ground floor, with our pets, while the two floors of the apartment are for your exclusive use. We, Barbara and Andrea, consider ourselves inclusive hosts who enjoy interacting with our guests. We live here and see this as an added value for our guests. The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious and has <b>air conditioning</b> in every bedroom. During our hosting experience, we have noticed that many people do not like using air conditioning, so we found it fair not to charge guests for services they do not wish to use. For this reason, and out of respect for the environment, we decided not to include its cost in the daily rental price. Therefore, the cost of air conditioning will be calculated only at the end of your stay, counting only the days and the rooms where it was actually used. We have adopted the same policy for the use of the <b>washing machine</b>, which is shared among all guests in the laundry room. For this service, we offer 2 free washes per week. It is a pebble beach with various facilities, including a Beach Bar, Beach Volleyball Court, Children’s Playground, sun beds, and umbrellas.
