A well-maintained guesthouse with the feel of the Old West. Located far enough out of Alpine to give you a rural feel, but just minutes from downtown, the guesthouse is 30 feet from our house. We are very respectful of your privacy, and all of the facilities are yours to use. Sit out on the large covered porch and enjoy the view, or visit with our livestock. We are pet-friendly. Relax around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub while watching the sky for shooting stars and satellites.

The Water Stop, Alta Marfa Winery, Bordo, Filthmart, Whitebox and Convenience West BBQ are a few places that are a very short walk away. Enjoy plenty of space for your family or friends, and don't worry too much about packing because you'll have a washer and dryer during your stay! This place has everything you need while in West Texas.

Across from the historic Marfa Ice Plant, Ice Plant Casita is right off the center of town. Just under 500 square feet, this cozy adobe casita equipped with the necessities you need for a simple stay including, full bed, table and two chairs, seating area, desk, and large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bike or walk to Highland Street for shopping, eating, and all the best Marfa sight-seeing!
