(laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

Hytta på Åsen

Liten hytte med sjarm på Øståsen i Vikersund. 40 min gange oppover fra parkeringsplassen. Her råder det enkle liv uten strøm og vann. Veien opp er en fin tur, litt tung enkelte partier. Anbefaler å gå opp før det blir mørkt. Husk gode sko og varme klær. På toppen venter premien, flatt og fint med nydelig utsikt:) Køyeseng på kjøkkenet, sovesofa i stuen. Senk pulsen i toppen av Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta ligger 5 minutter unna Blaafarveværket i Modum kommune, rett ved klatreparken Høyt & Lavt Modum. Her kan du finne roen blant tretoppene. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.

Tømmerhus i landlige omgivelser nær Vikersund. Huset har sengeplass til 5 personer fordelt på 1 soverom med køyeseng og en sovesofa i stue. Det er et lite kjøkken med kokeplater, en liten komfyr samt kjøleskap og fryser. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Huset ligger på en gård med gode parkeringsmuligheter. Kort vei til elv med fiske og bademuligheter, Blaafargeværket (ca 10 min kjøring), Vikersundbakken (10 min kjøring), Furumo svømmeanlegg (ca 10 min kjøring).

Homeowner has dogs playing in the garden. It is therefore important that the tenant likes dogs.
