The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

The house is located in Agia Marina, 100 meters away from the beach in a quiet area. It is surrounded by trees and grass, BBQ area and it has a very nice view during the day and the night. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.

The house is located in the village of Modi, atop a hill, a few minutes away from the sea and the tourist amenities of Platania and 15 minutes away from Chania . You can experience the life of a unspoiled Cretan village and have a great view of nature, the fields of olive and orange trees while you swim at the pool.
