This newly built garden suite is directly across the road from an ocean passage which is frequented by marine wildlife such as killer, humpback and minke whales, seals, sea lions, sea otters and bald eagles. It has a wrap around deck, private entrances, outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, jacuzzi and koi pond. The interior has custom sequoia counters, stairs and shelving with cedar walls, fir trim and oak cabinetry, two skylights, full kitchen, bathroom and California king size bed in the loft.

One queen bed in the loft but due to it being a loft there is limited head space and a steep ladder staircase to access it so not safe for small children or people with mobility issues. The couch in the living room pulls out into a double bed for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar and salt and pepper. Fire pit area outside with picnic table.

North Island Getaway

This beautiful cottage is situated less than 5 minutes from town with a north facing unobstructed ocean view. Walking distance to the ocean. Permanent residents will welcome you on the property at time of check. Wifi available, in-suite washer and dryer, private parking and RV hookup. This cottage can stay up to 5 guests. The cottage is entirely on its own and not attached to any other dwellings, as seen in the pictures. The rental is of the entire dwelling.
