The Goldendale Observatory, Presby Museum, Maryhill Museum and Vineyard, Stonehenge Memorial and St. John the Forerunner Monastery and Bakery are great places to explore and are about 15 minutes away. Our home is THE spot to stay while on your next adventure.

Please note: The studio is in an owner-occupied home, but the Airbnb is private with no shared spaces.

This rustic tiny house has french doors on both sides that open up to the woods, and to the pasture. Enjoy the fresh air and get cozy. Nearby to COR Cellars and Syncline, the Klickitat Trail along the Klickitat River is great for hiking and gravel biking, and of course - the Columbia for wind surfing and kite boarding. Wifi can be spotty. An additional tiny house is on the property. Approx. 100 ft away. Host lives on site. Caution: house has many levels. Be mindful when you enter!

We love dogs! Please be sure to add them when booking so I can have water bowl filled upon their arrival. Please never leave dog unattended.

Charming and Eclectic Historic Red House

You are invited to stay in a Klickitat County landmark, listed on both the state and federal registers of historic places. The Red House built for the ‘Horse King of the Northwest’ Charles Newell and his wife Mary in 1890, is now a distinctive vacation rental. The Red House’s three stories are furnished with art, antique/vintage finds, colored glass windows, original ornamental trim, fresh linens and comfortable beds.
