The home sits directly behind The Guesthouse at Graceland. The open concept layout makes this home great for families. Just blocks from Graceland, close to the Airport, STAX, AL Greens church, & 10-15 minutes to downtown. Pets are allowed. $50 per pet, per visit. The pool will be closed from October-Mid May. This is a newly renovated home in the heart of the city. 15 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the Memphis International Airport, 30 minutes from Tunica, and walking distance from Graceland. The home is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. You will enjoy the very large kitchen witch includes an island and stainless steal appliances. The kitchen is also fully equipped with pots, pans, and dish ware. The dining room boasts a large dining table perfect for hosting dinners.

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

The Back House: Private Midtown Studio Guest House

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. Enjoy a queen hybrid mattress, futon couch, table for 2, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee station, and a 43 inch TV with Roku with free Netflix. You will love the safe neighborhood with mansion homes all around and private security. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in Cooper Young and Overton Square.
