Welcome to Paradise Pines, your cabin-style home with 1 acre to enjoy and lake access just a few steps away! Nestled in a quiet cove just 10 minutes from Cherokee Park Landing, it's a haven for water-based adventures. Open concept throughout the main areas, featuring a sitting area, oversized sectional, 2 recliners, 70" TV and even a pool table! The garage also offers a ping pong table, small basketball goal, and a dart board! We also offer a smart TV in every bedroom and complimentary WIFI!

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Don't be alarmed if a plane flies below you while you're sitting on the deck! In our opinion, both the house and the lot make the view one of the very best on Greers Ferry Lake!
