Be immersed in the peace and quiet of a Tuscan olive orchard by staying in this stone farmhouse which features traditional architectural elements such as terra cotta floors, vaulted ceilings, and original wood fixtures. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

Infinity Manarola

Goditi una vacanza all'insegna dello stile nel nostro appartamento situato nel centro di MANAROLA, in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, distante dal brusio delle persone di passaggio. Infinity è a strapiombo sul mare, con una vista mozzafiato che potete godervi sia dal balcone che da letto. Nelle giornate più limpide potrete perfino vedere meduse e pesci che nuotano in mare! Soggiornando nel nostro appartamento riceverete un QrCode che vi conferirà agevolazioni per l’accesso alla Via dell’Amore

Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

Dalla casa si gode di una vista aperta sulla valle e sulle montagne, con le Alpi Apuane da un lato e gli Appennini dall’altro. Conserva un fascino autentico, con arredi storici e dettagli che raccontano la tradizione di questa terra. È il rifugio ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, contatto con la natura e momenti di relax. Qui il tempo scorre lento, immersi nella natura e nella quiete.

La Casa tra gli Ulivi

La nostra casa si trova tra Camaiore e il paese di Pedona, località Campiglioni. Il corpo centrale risale alla fine del '300 e nasce su un costone di pietra come stalla e alloggio. Ampliata e ristrutturata nel corso degli anni, al suo interno troviamo pavimenti di cotto dell'Impruneta, inferriate della famosa fonderia di Candalla, mattonelle di Vietri e travi antiche originarie di un antico palazzo Camaiorese. Non vi aspettate la perfezione, i suoi piccoli difetti la fanno essere unica.

VILLA GIOMA - Rustico completamente ristrutturato

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.

Borgometato - Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place.

Tipico casolare toscano, nato come rifugio per i pellegrini della Via Francigena nel lontano 1032 DC. Accogliente e caldo, ideale per 4 persone ma adatto anche a 6, accoglie con piacere i vostri amici a quattro zampe! Situato in una zona strategica, ad un passo dalla SP1 ,strada che collega Camaiore a Lucca. Facilissimo da raggiungere, da qui potrete visitare tutta la Toscana !

Il Casalino with pool

Il Casalino e' un delizioso casale sulle colline di Camaiore. Pur essendo vicinissimo al paese ed ai servizi, la casa si trova nella privacy piu' totale. Sembra di essere in una piccola oasi incantata dove tutte le comodita' e tutti gli angoli sono perfettamente studiati e curati per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole.
