A 15min walk to the Northgate Light Rail Station provides easy access to points of interest, such as the University of Washington (8mins) and the Space Needle / downtown / sports stadiums (14-18mins).

Easy access to I-5 (about 7 miles north of downtown), close to Kraken Community Iceplex (1.2 miles), a pool, and other restaurants/shopping (about 1 mile in two different directions). You’ll love our place because of the light, the comfy bed, separate entrance and plenty of space to call your own. It is most convenient if you have a car, but if you don't mind walking about 1/4 mile, there are buses/lightrail available. Street parking available. We welcome all types of people.

This bright and expansive (700 sq ft!), private loft is a perfect getaway, while still close to great food/drink, and all of Seattle's outstanding adventures. The romantic lounge has an incredibly comfortable bed, fuzzy rug, and cool original art on every wall. The huge plush couch is big enough for two people to stretch out and enjoy Netflix on a flat screen TV, along with the softest blanket. In the morning coffee service is ready for you. Guests of all backgrounds are welcome. Please note the loft height is low and not ideal for those with limited mobility.
