Quiet guestroom close to the City

****** Due to current reason I would like to start the description of my home with the request that you DON’T book my place if you plan to party all night long! Please, "party animals" out there – find a more suitable place for your stay than my “quiet guestroom”! Many thanks! If you decide to book my guestroom, you have to be quiet between 10 pm and 6 am. Dear men out there..... Please keep in mind that you are sharing the bathroom with someone else - me! I want to remind you that I think it is a matter of good behavior to put the toilet seat down afterwards! Thank you. Talking about good behavior: In case you need to recharge your smartphone, there is NO reason to push my very heavy 3 meter long white unit wall away from the wall! There is a grey 2 meter long small door in front of that unit wall that you can open. In there you find an outlet. Please ask ME in case you don't understand. ****** Sorry, but I do NOT(!) have wifi. You can rent my guest room in my very small but cosy 3-room-apartment (total size: only 48 m²). My home is completely fine for those of you that are planning to explore HAMBURG instead and just want to have an affordable place to sleep and take a quick shower in the morning. We will also share the kitchen, the bathroom and a nice and very green garden (to the south with the possibility to do barbecue in summer time). You can use my living room for listening to music or watching TV or just for chilling a little bit. In my guestroom, I have a comfortable but small bed which is 1,20 m or 47 in wide (US size: King single or Super single OR UK size: Small double or Three-quarter) for my guests. I also offer a private parking lot for only 2 Euro per day - in case you arrive by car. Public transportation is very close. The walking distance to the nearest bus station (Katzbachstrasse) lasts three minutes. In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the next subway station (Elbgaustrasse). Two subway lines (3 or 21) bring you to the Center of Hamburg in approximately 15-20 minutes. If you want to explore the city "in another way", you can borrow my two bikes for a very low rent. Please ask! My apartment is in a brick row house which is located in a quiet and also very green area of Hamburg. My home is pet and smoke free. But of course, you are allowed to smoke outside. Just write me what brings you to beautiful Hamburg. I'd like to know :-) Towels and bed linen are provided by me for FREE - of course! If you need to wash and dry your clothes you can use my laundry (including washing powder) and my dryer for 5 Euro. HOW TO GET THE KEYS: Anytime - but let's talk about it before you do the booking!!!

Das Boot bietet ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank, eine couch mit Tisch und Stühlen im Wohnbereich, Bad mit Dusche, sowohl auch Küchenzeile mit Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine.
