Welcome to the Old School House, Hayle. Our cosy, private and modern annexe provides a comfortable and stylish place to relax. We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. The old school house annexe sleeps two and has a private entrance, open plan dining and living area, kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable double bedroom.

Porthmeor Blue is a beach front, spacious and bright first floor apartment within this popular complex. It has views of St Ives' infamous surf beach, Porthmeor. The large living room opens onto a balcony which catches the afternoon sun and is a great place for an early evening drink or for watching the ever changing Atlantic ocean with a coffee. The apartment is a comfortable stroll from the harbour with its array of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

This cottage is one of the oldest buildings in Newlyn, It has retained many of its original features. Previously used as a pilchard press, The cottage has history and charm. Situated on the harbour front it boasts incredible views which span across Newlyn harbour, Mounts bay and st Michaels mount.
