Former Railroad Building Turned Downtown Loft

Look out northwards from the rooftop terrace to the Columbia River and Washington mountains, with trains occasionally rumbling by below. Fill the industrial-style interior of soaring ceilings and century-old pillars with the sounds of vintage vinyl. Please inform yourself on updates for Covid 19 in Hood River County prior to travel. License #678 Cool Industrial feel, cement floors, soaring ceilings, 100 year old brick and cement pillars. Modern yet cozy furnishings. There a record player with vintage vinyl. Gourmet kitchen. Fun, hip vibe, right in the middle of town. Walk to everything. The roof top deck is everyone’s favorite. Guests will have access to the entire loft. You'll have street parking permits as well as access to the garage to store bicycles and other important items. We don't provide access to the garage for automobiles due to the risk of providing garage door opener and tight corner for parking (you'll see what we mean). I’m here if you need me. Sense the industrial past of this location by the old train tracks in the center of downtown. Go for a run in the nearby waterfront park, with shops, restaurants, and breweries also nearby. Hit the ski slopes at Mount Hood, only 30 minutes away. Parking for our loft is best just right on the street. We offer meter passes for street parking. It is very important to remember to return these passes upon your departure so the next guests will also have free parking. There is a fine for losing or leaving with the parking passes and not returning them to the loft upon your check out. Walking distance to everything in downtown Hood River and the Columbia River. Great cafes, breweries, wine tasting rooms, and restaurants just minutes away. Double Mountain Brewery and Full Sail Brewery are a block away.

Private Suite, Best View in the Gorge

You have the entire ground floor, a two-room suite with large window views of Mt. Hood & the Columbia River. Windsurfers, kiters & sailboats zip across the river right below the hot tub & patio. Level 2 EV charging station. The bedroom has a TV & comfortable queen bed. The TV room has a gas fireplace & 46-inch TV. Our food prep area has a microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker & fridge. It does not have a sink or stove. White Salmon is 3/4 mile and Hood River is 2 miles, across the river.

Enchanting Tolkienesque Stone Cottage in the Woods

With a touch of Tolkien, relax in this story book home. Set high upon a dragonfly filled knoll overlooking a pond. Watch the birds, deer,and wild turkeys roam from out the large circular glass moon door. Step outside onto the veranda and take a dip in the wooden barrel hot tub. Stroll the 27-acrewoods and sip tea by the glass mosaic fireplace. Crawl into the cozy bednook and read a book written by JRR Tolkien. Enjoy the silence and the sounds of nature as you've found your fantasy getaway.

Twin Oaks House, Scenic Hwy, Mosier

Twin Oaks is an updated doublewide home perched on a basalt knoll with 11 beautiful acres overlooking vineyards and the Columbia River. Views include river and gorge to the west and north. In springtime see waterfalls on the Washington cliffs. Located 8 miles east of Hood River, Twin Oaks is near Mosier on scenic Hwy 30. This is in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge, with nearby hiking, biking, watersports, boat ramp, & ski areas. Enjoy the numerous wineries and local microbrews in the area.

Downtown Studio with a Great Big River View

This studio is right downtown! Just a block to shops and restaurants, and a ten minute walk to the waterfront. The view from this studio is HUGE. Looking over the rooftops of downtown straight towards the spit, the 180 degree view extends west beyond the mouth of the White Salmon River, and east to the Hood River Bridge. The location is central to Gorge events and activities summer and winter. Solid WIFI, and privacy, this studio is a perfect getaway or work retreat. STR License #468

Downtown Luxury Loft

Light, bright, contemporary townhouse in a prime but quiet location. Just steps to Hood River's downtown area with great restaurants, shopping, galleries, theatre, breweries, and more. Spectacular views of the Columbia River with floor to ceiling windows and a front deck off the main area. Fully furnished with high quality furnishings, super comfy beds, and gourmet kitchen. Comfortably sleeps a maximum of 6. Three bedrooms with 3 king beds, 2.5 baths. Garage parking, small patio/yard.

The Overlook House with amazing view!

We chose to share our guest house primarily because the idea of sharing our stunning view appeals to us very much. We are so fortunate to have a view so special that we wanted to build a guest house for our friends and you! We designed our 600 square foot modern guest house with the intent of creating a very private honeymoon suite. Treehouse in Stevenson, WA Columbia River Gorge

Aptly named the Osprey Treehouse because of the multiple Osprey that spent the summer hovering and watching us build this 20-foot octagon building around a single grand 42-inch old Douglas Fir. Oversized windows and a sliding door give you the feeling of being high up in the trees. Sleeps 2 adults. For safety reasons, we do not allow pets or children younger than 12. The entrance is level and parking close. The cleaning fee is $50 and applicable taxes are already added to your bill.

Camp Randonnee Cabin#3

Camp Randonnee is a campus consisting of four modern Scandinavian cabins; tastefully designed and built to provide an intimate setting for couples, and outdoor enthusiasts. The cabins have floor to ceiling windows that look out to expansive territorial views of coyote wall, syncline and the Columbia river. Located within the city of Mosier, 5 minutes east of Hood River. Each Cabin has their own gear shed to store & secure all the fun recreational toys; and individual fire pits.

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Arched Cabin with sauna on the Sandy River

Welcome to our stunning two-bedroom, two-bath arched cabin nestled along the Sandy River. Enjoy direct access to the river, where you can bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings and a view of Mt. Hood. The open concept living area boasts large windows that frame the breathtaking river views, creating an inviting ambiance that's perfect for relaxing. Indulge in a the barrel sauna with panoramic river vista. The cabin is close to endless activities up and around Mt. Hood.

Cabin 43 on the White Salmon River

Cabin 43 is a new home we built ourselves located right on the wild and scenic White Salmon river. We finished this project (June, 2020) and are excited to share this beautiful place with guests. It features a King bed in 1 room and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom which can be pushed together to make a 2nd king bed. We live in a cluster of 8 other cabins down gravel road in a very serene forest setting with a large field out front and private river side walking trails.
