Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

in una zona molto tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dal centro città, offriamo ospitalità in un intero appartamento autonomo con un ampio giardino esterno con parcheggio privato. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

A corner of paradise, to offer you the joy of greenery as far as the eye can see, peeking out of the windows surrounded by cushions or having lunch in the garden set in the castle walls, designed by Leonardo da Vinci. A fortress that belonged to the Venetians, Austrians and finally Italy, in a lively and picturesque town that expresses the charm of Central Europe, the colors of the nearby Adriatic, the flavors and aromas of the Collio, nearby Slovenia and the strength of the Friulian peaks.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

Tra il Carso e il Golfo di Trieste di fronte al porticciolo del Villaggio del Pescatore potrete rivivere l'atmosfera di un tempo guardando il mare in armonia con la natura. Uno spazio unico e rilassante in un appartamento di 50 mq. completamente ristrutturato nel 2022 con materiali ecosostenibili. Oltre alle spiagge e al mare la zona si presta a lunghe passeggiate e gite in bicicletta per visitare non solo i monumenti storici ma anche i paesaggi naturali.

Dimentica la solita vacanza stressante. Viaggia leggero, senza pensieri, e lasciati guidare dallo stupore della scoperta. Prenota una notte, un fine settimana o un'intero mese al Nido di Vespe: ti verremo a prendere in aeroporto o in stazione o dovunque tu sia nel raggio di trenta km. Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

Beautiful and spacious villa with a large garden, nestled in the nature of the Karst region, located in a quiet yet strategic area between the cities of Gorizia and Trieste. Suitable for families of any size, equipped for children. Pets are welcome and will have access to the entire garden. The house features an air conditioning system, which, together with the heating, keeps it pleasantly warm in winter and cool in summer.

Villa Irena is located in Vipavski Križ and it belongs to one of the most beautiful monuments in Slovenia. 500 years house is entirely renovated and designed for a relaxing get away. Speciality of the house is the terrace covered with vines. There you will find a table and chairs or a hammock which is perfect for hot summer evenings. House is located in a small village on top of the hill surrounded by Vipava Valley.

Potrebno je še doplačilo turistične takse 2.5 EUR po odrasli osebi.
