Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, 300 Meter vom Strand Havisce entfernt. Die Zufahrt zum Grundstück erfolgt über eine, nicht für den Durchgangsverkehr zugelassene, Straße. In einem traditionellen Luftkurort erwarten Sie Ruhe und Erholung.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
