Note - Our nightly rate with AirBnB fees has remained the same since 2025. Pricing appears different since AirBnB started playing a shell game and forced all fees onto the host. Modern and newer construction (completed in May 2020) second floor guest house for rent. Two bedrooms and two baths, approximately 1125 square feet.
