Welcome to our cozy, art-filled studio in Duncan, Cowichan Valley. Whether you're here to relax or explore, it's the perfect home base. The suite is beside our home, with full privacy. Enjoy a deck, hammock, and year-round private hot tub. Inside, full-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a propane range, and a bar fridge. It sleeps four with a queen Murphy bed and a queen loft bed, both with organic sheets. Stay comfortable with radiant floor heating, a rustic fireplace, and AC for summer.

A unique harbourside property, this former Customs House and shellfish cannery has been restored, featuring vaulted ceilings and travertine stone floors while offering modern comfort. Experience the jacuzzi, sauna and cold plunge barrel on the expansive waterfront deck, enjoy a beach BBQ, or simply relax on your private deck nestled beside the hillside garden. All the comforts of a modern cabin in our newly built "Jordan River Cabin" nestled amongst 3 acres of tall evergreens with floor to ceiling window views. Fire up the BBQ on the wrap around deck. Wood stove comes supplied with kindling & firewood. Open concept, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Fresh towels & linens for 2 king size bedrooms & 2 rain shower bathrooms, a huge soaker bathtub upstairs, a hot outdoor rain shower + wood fired cedar hot tub & a newly added meditation deck!

The "Lower" Cottage, a serene beachfront retreat featuring an exclusive private hot tub with stunning lake views, experience tranquility at its finest ,where this fantastic property includes a wharf, perfect for boating enthusiasts. Bring your boat, fishing rods, even a tent, as there’s plenty of space ! This charming cottage accommodates up to six guests, 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed, a Murphy bed in the living room, pullout sofa bed. Create unforgettable memories at this lakeside escape!

Oasis is a 20' diameter geodesic dome nestled in the forest in Lake Cowichan, BC. Experience the beauty of nature with the comforts of a boutique hotel. Inside the dome is your kitchenette, electric fireplace, cozy sitting area, wifi and an expansive DVD collection. Adjacent to the dome you will find your own 3-piece bathroom & an outdoor, covered kitchen. Enjoy a propane fire pit and your own private 2-person hot tub to bask in the ambiance of the evening. Designed as a place for friends and family to gather, the Youbou Lakehouse is a sanctuary where you can unwind and connect with the natural world. Enjoy private lake access, a stunning view, 2 outdoor fire pits, paddle boards, a gorgeous sauna, salt water hot tub, and a massive 85” TV with surround sound. Have fun, but no parties, and please choose another spot if you are unwilling to be considerate of our wonderful neighbors.

The Boat Yard

This custom mid-century style home (an original Jordan River residence) is tucked in amongst 2 acres of rainforest and beautifully landscaped food gardens. Our unique Westcoast hideaway features wrap-around decks for sun all day, a woodstove, radiant floor heating, and a covered bar for hosting. A short walk down our private trail will have you at the ocean for breathtaking sunsets. We are walking distance to K2 beach, China Beach, and Jordan River beach (with the Cold shoulder cafe).

Nestled into a side hill amongst towering cedar trees, the Wobbly Hobbit is a "green" building that exudes cozy comfort. A tiny home built from a mixture of clay and straw with a living roof and masonry woodstove, the Wobbly Hobbit is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. Trails through the surrounding rain forest are steps away with renowned wineries and other attractions in the immediate area. Victoria is 45 minute drive or bus trip away.

The Sound - Ocean Front Surf- Hydrotherapy Jet Spa

Listen to the waves and sea lions barking from your private studio with a luxury king bed on this popular ocean front property. This West Coast retreat is located 40 meters above the surf. A short trail will take you there. Whether you want to spend your days surfing, hiking, exploring nearby beaches , stargazing, foraging or simply relaxing, the hydrotherapy jet spa with ocean view is the perfect way to end your day and relax. The record player and vinyls add some nostalgia.

We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.
