We designed it with large windows in all rooms, welcoming the sunlight and peaceful setting. Access to clean and empty garage for storage (No parking). We have no personal items in the guest level - all closets and dressers are empty and yours for full use! Co Host reside in lower separate entrance suite. Nothing Shared.

Hubbardston is a quaint little town with no stop-lights yet conveniently located to many beautiful hiking trails, fishing spots and lakes. 10 minutes from route 2 and 15 minutes from Mt Wachusetts.

Tucked into the slope of Vaughn Hill on 3 wooded acres, the entire lower level of our home is yours to enjoy. Cozy 2-bedroom unit with “the BEST BEDS at an Air BNB ever!" to quote a guest. Welcome to our quiet private guest apartment! Our property, is surrounded by fields, woods, gardens, and a pond. You will enter through a shared entrance & stairway in our home, but have an entire 725 sq. ft. guest apartment all to yourself that includes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom, and large bedroom with a desk. It has ample light with views of fields, stone walls, Christmas trees and our barn. Out back we have a pool, table & chairs you may use.
