The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Cosy Cottage with Sunny Courtyard Garden

Lime Kiln Cottage is a cosy, traditionally built stone cottage with a sunny courtyard garden and parking for two cars. The cottage is less than two minutes walk from the tidal River Fowey where there is a slipway suitable for launching small watercraft. A level 5 min walk will take you into the town where there are many historic buildings and a variety of independent shops, several pubs, restaurants, cafe's and a co-op. Lostwithiel Railway Station is on the mainline from London to Penzance.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

The Barn Studio Private Annex

SELF CATERING RURAL RETREAT…. You will be our only guests in the Barn Room Conversion. The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. We have an outdoor seating area opposite the Studio We provide Tea, coffee, sugar milk. Lovely self contained space within walking distance of ancient Capital of Cornwall, and the river and mainline railway, lots of things to do and see. Fabulous base for lovely walks along the gorgeous Fowey River and up the valley to Restormel with easy access to the port of Fowey (short taxi ride or 10 minute drive) and the town of Bodmin, and on to the rest of Cornwall.

The Burrow

The Burrow is a snuggly little bolthole. Enjoy the fenced, enclosed garden with views across the fields. A short walk from the local pub. kitchen, lounge with woodburner (logs supplied). Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washer/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)
