Crowhouse in the center of Lübeck

The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Our accommodation is in a urban villa from 1887. You reach the castlegate and the old town by foot through an impressive alley. In the other direction are the city park and the Wakenitzlake with a charming old town view over the 7 towers. Bus stop is in front of the door, Travemünde is in 1/4 hour to reach by car. You will love our accommodation because of its surroundings, spaciousness, comfortable beds. It is well suited for couples, friends, business travellers and families with children.

Herzlich Willkommen! Lübeck entdecken, eine entspannte Zeit bei uns genießen und die Nähe von Lübecks schönsten Wochenmarkt vor der Tür kennen lernen. Die Insel ist in 5 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gute Busverbindung nutzen und entspannt die Stadt genießen. Die Uni ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Auto kann sehr gut geparkt werden.Am Abend lädt eine Bank im vorderen Garten ein. Gern laden wir Sie nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in unserer Sauna oder unserem Fitnessraum (3.5km) ein.

Einraumwohnung mit Bad & Küchenbereich

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten in der Lübecker Altstadt in einem typisch lübschen Giebelhaus aus der Renaissance. Von hier aus könnt ihr alles gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen – das bekannte Holstentor, den Museumshafen, die gothischen Kirchen und die vielen kleinen Gassen und Gänge, die sich quer durch Lübeck schlängeln. Direkt vor der Haustür hält der Bus, der euch in nicht mal einer halben Stunde nach Travemünde zum Strand bringt.

Genieße deinen Aufenthalt in einem denkmalgeschützten Altstadthaus direkt im Herzen Lübecks. Das 1290 erbaute Haus bietet einen schönen Einblick in die altgotische Bauweise, lässt dabei aber keinen Komfort missen. Das Haus ist im Kern ein gotisches Dielenhaus aus dem Jahr 1290 mit Renaissanceflügel, Straßenfassade Renaissance (EG und 1. OG), sowie einem rückwärtigen gotischen Giebel mit aufsteigenden Spitzbogenblenden.
