Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Ottima posizione sia per turismo culturale, dista 25 km da Lucca e circa 50 minuti di auto da Pisa e Viareggio, sia per turismo sportivo, si può fare rafting, canottaggio, trekking, pesca, parapendio ecc.. e a 30 km sono presenti numerose piste da sci. Ci sono davvero molte cose da fare e da visitare, non ti resta che prenotare e scoprirlo!

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

Il dislivello tra la strada principale e la casa fa si che si possa godere dell'ambiente naturale senza perdere il contatto con il centro del paese che si trova a solo 1,5km e a 3.5km dalla stazione.

There is a 4000 mq garden with a swimming pool. A perfect place to relax but also to do numerous activities such as trekking, canyoning and MTB.
