Bright Abbotsford Ground Floor Suite

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Come enjoy a very TINY HOUSE (120 sq ft) experience in the heart of beautiful Whatcom County. Go for a hike on our local trails, explore the many breweries in Bellingham, visit the beach in Birch Bay, bike the county roads, or enjoy a scenic drive on the Mt. Baker Highway. Then come back to a unique, cozy TINY HOUSE. Roast marshmallows around the campfire, snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix, and relax with a cup of coffee on the front porch in the morning. You'll be staying in our brand new tiny house with views of the eagle sanctuary and within walking distance to the North Fork Eagle preserve, including trails to the Nooksack River. We are 37 miles to the ski area and 20 miles to downtown Bellingham. Perfect for skiing, bald eagle viewing, hiking, biking, dining, and of course, relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

Sweet Cozy Guesthouse

Breathe easy in the trees in our lovely little guest space — located on the bottom floor of our house. We're located 5 minutes from some beautiful trailheads for hiking, and 10-15 minutes from Fairhaven and Bellingham for food, shops, etc. A cozy nook to shower, write, reflect, drink some tea or coffee, and get a good rest before your next adventure. California King bed, full kitchen, shower and bathtub, with epsom salts if you want to soak after a long day.

Located in the Fountain Urban Village/Broadway Park area our private 400 square foot studio apartment is the perfect place to stay. This clean, quiet and well-lit apartment has a private entrance with keyless entry, allowing guests to come and go as they please. The apartment offers the perfect location to walk or ride a bike to downtown or WWU. Access to garage to store bikes or other gear.

The "Aloha Suite"- In the "hub" of Whatcom County

The "Aloha Suite" is the name we have given our guest room attached to the south end of our garage. It is a separate building near our home and shop buildings. The room's decor is tropical, with, we hope, the spirit of "aloha" present.
