This charming tiny home is set amongst the trees with a view of the Snohomish Valley and the beautiful Cascade Mountains. It features a fully stocked kitchen, eating nook, cozy living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is located less than 15 minutes from charming Downtown Snohomish and Boeing and within 30 minutes of Seattle. With the occasional visit from deer and other wildlife, and farm fresh eggs from our chickens, you'll feel like you're in the country with the convenience of being in town.

Views from all 5 floors of this rustic hand built treasure, get away in our secluded ocean view, lake waterfront home. Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
