It is fully equipped for cooking, full size washer & dryer, Smart TVs, High-speed internet. Whether you are in town for a long weekend or for a longer stay, we are sure you will enjoy your stay. Relax with the family in this cozy country house or bring your fishing buddies and enjoy nearby lakes with plenty of room to park a boat! This newly renovated house features an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Plenty of room to comfortably sleep 6-8 people. Located a mile from I-55, this property is an easy 30 minute drive to Oxford and an hour to Memphis. For visiting fishermen, it is only a few mins from Enid Dam, 20 mins from Sardis Dam, & 30 mins from Grenada Dam!

Our cozy pool house retreat is located in the Heart of the Mississippi Delta on a secluded 40 acre country setting surrounded by woods and a beautiful bayou full of cypress trees. It's located just off Drew-Merigold Road away from everyone, with no neighbors!! Yet close to everything - only 5 minutes to Drew, 10 minutes to Ruleville, 15 minutes to Cleveland, and 30 minutes to Clarksdale. We are only 10 minutes to McCarty's Pottery in Merigold, and 15 minutes to Peter's Pottery In Mound Bayou.

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
