Ahh....The Good Life Cottage is located approximately five miles north of Laurel, MS where it began on a patch of ground that was fully cultivated from the 1900's to the 1960's, afterwards it became a family farm that grew corn, hay, and food for livestock and family. Today, on the land is a farmhouse with modern amenities as well as the sights and sounds of nature all around you, frogs croaking, crickets chirping, deer feeding, turkeys foraging, and owls hooting. A place to enjoy the Good Life.

You can get away from everything while experiencing all that Laurel has to offer. FUN FACT: The main bedroom features 2 bathrooms, a 'his' and 'hers'. If you ever wondered if separate bathrooms were worth it, they are! You will just love visiting Laurel.

Peaceful Haven - quiet country spot

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Deer Run

Take it easy at this brand new charming home with 2-BR with 2 queen beds and a twin size pull out couch. The charming decor and cozy atmosphere make guests feel right at home. Located in a country setting but still within minutes of downtown Meridian and other shopping. Meridian Regional Airport is only 12 minutes away and Meridian Jaycee Soccer Complex is only 7 minutes away. Deer Run has many amenities for your convenience. Find your love off the beaten path at our cozy, family home that is set in the country about 15 minutes outside of Laurel and about 20-30 minutes from Hattiesburg. It is a dear home that has been in our family for many years. Our home is ideal if you like the peace and tranquillity of the country. There is a huge backyard and a back porch (with a grill) to sit out and enjoy each other's company and watch beautiful sunsets.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.
