The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!

Nice, Quiet, Cozy, Close to Everything.

This newly renovated house is clean, quiet, nice, and comfortable. All of the furniture is new. Beds are medium/firm. My parents stay here one week per month and believe me, nobody is more picky than they are, so we know you’ll love the place! It has a large kitchen that is fully equipped. We have WiFi and tons of streaming services. It’s located on a dead-end street and it’s perfectly located in between the downtown area and the interstate. It’s the perfect spot to comfortably enjoy Paducah!

Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.
