This comfortable and quiet mountain getaway has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking necessities. If you prefer to eat out, simply take a 5 minute walk to Base area or hop on the free shuttle! The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. Separate storage room provided for skis, bikes, and other belongings! A great bonus! No pets.

Enjoy the mountain in the best way possible. This unit's building is true ski in ski out. Walk 100 yards to the side of the parking lot, strap on your equipment and ride down to the lift. In the summer, it has an adjacent field of wild flowers; in the winter the ski shuttle bus stop is right in front of the house. Enjoy epic sunsets from the hot tub on the deck. Downstairs has 1 bedroom, upstairs has 2 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 w/futon bed in the master bedroom. Privacy and comfort, semi-secluded while still close to town and world class mountain biking.

The North Face Mountain Getaway is arguably the finest condominium in the Timbers Building. This property is located on the southern end of the building with uninhibited balcony views of Mount Crested Butte and the surrounding valley. Enjoy the (shared) hot tub and grill area! Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town! We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum.

Paradise on Prospect is a luxury apartment located along Elcho Park Trail in exclusive Prospect development. Reflected rates are for parties of 6 guests (over 24 months). For parties 7-10, additional per-person, per-night fee applies and is reflected in the booking total. This pricing structure allows us to remain competitive while offering fair rates for regular sized groups or those wishing to stay with more people.
