We lovingly designed every inch to meet fellow travelers’ needs, with a little nautical flair for fun. Just a short stroll from the river/trails, parks, South Main Square & downtown. Book now and mountain solitude, outdoor adventure, hip eateries & shops will all be steps away!

Town Hut - Cozy haven on BVs mtn side, EV charging

We welcome you to stay in our guest house: A renewed log cabin on three acres at BV's western edge. This quiet, in-town location is a good base for Arkansas Valley activities. A few miles east of us is Cottonwood Pass with hot springs, hiking, snowshoeing, etc. Or, bike or walk a mile to the east for restaurants and shopping, the Arkansas River and Fourmile trail complex beyond. Note: There are many pet-friendly options nearby, but we do our best to provide an allergen-free studio for guests.

The Glass Deckhouse (South Peak View)

A wonderful place for couples, friends, and solo travelers to relax and adventure in the woods of the rocky mountains in a comfortable modern cabin with window walls and great views over the mountains. Each deckhouse side has two floor to ceiling windows on both sides which open a view over a valley of forest and mountains. Each side (north and south) is private (no shared walls or entrance) but patio is shared. Secluded by national forest on 3 sides but <15 mins to downtown Salida, CO.

Long Teal Sally is a gem of a 1974 Airstream Argosy. Completely renovated to have modern comforts and touches, she maintains a classic 70s chill. She carries with her the vibes of all the places she’s lived - namely California and New Mexico - as well as all of the places she’s traveled - from National Parks to Phish shows to the entirety of the West. With a memory foam queen bed, and the most spacious, spa-like bathroom you’re likely to find in an RV, Sally is your gal for a good time.

Sawatch Nights Guesthouse (STR-107)

Enjoy the Rockies from our newly built guesthouse. Hike, bike, fish, climb, ski, boat, ride a horse, or pet a goat, the Ark Valley has a lot to offer, and our guest house is a great location to set up base camp. The house is located 4 blocks West of downtown in the quiet, residential heart of BV. Take an evening stroll through McPhelemy Park or out to the Peaks View walking path to catch the sunset over Mt. She traveled across the US from the East Coast to the West Coast, and now she calls Colorado home.
