This one-bedroom tree-house style cabin comes equipped with everything you need! Though the kitchen is small it has everything needed to prepare meals for you and your family. After a busy day exploring the Ozark St. Francis National Forest, wine tasting at the numerous area wineries, shopping or visiting the University, relax and unwind just outside the city limits at Barcliff Cottage.

We are a quick drive to Fayetteville if calling the Hogs and great eateries is more your style!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Cass House on the Mulberry River / near OHV Trails

The Cass House is a 3BR/2BA house with full kitchen, dining & living areas. The house sits on 10 acres of land & is surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. You can access the Mulberry River from the property, a short 100-yard walk from the house. We are centrally located to a variety of outdoor attractions & entertainment. It is located on Hwy 215 and is about 4 mi to Byrd’s Adventure Center, 3 mi to Turner Bend, 3 mi to Mulberry Mountain, and 2 mi to Redding Recreation Area.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
