This idyllic recently renovated fisherman's cottage has a large terrace and spectacular views out to sea. You couldn’t be any closer to the sea without getting wet! The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. We designed/built our home and are ready to share it. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it's the perfect combo. The sitting room, dining & kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light and spacious & boasts country & distant sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also has an ensuite shower room.
