Welcome to our unique cedar shake cabin nestled in a garden with sweeping field views on Thistledown Farm, located 10 minutes from Duncan. This space is a rustic, cozy retreat for those who enjoy cabin adventures, the eco friendly livestyle or are a hippie at heart! Enjoy feeling close to nature, warm up by the woodstove, or spot birds in the garden. Thistledown Cabin feels a world away from the city but is located close to Duncan, wineries, trails, and a 10 minute walk to Alderlea farm cafe.

A cheerie suite close to hiking trails/wineries

Our bright and cheerful suite is one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided together with coffee, fresh cream We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Our suite is inspected and legal.

Sunset Suite

Sunset Suite is located in the heart of Channel Ridge and all that it has to offer. Situated at the top of the ridge with ocean views looking down The Sampson Narrows this suite is walking distances to the vast trail network knows as "Channel Ridge Trails". Located 8 minutes from Ganges village and a short drive to many of the islands best beaches. Contemporary design, bright and airy, this suite is self contained with all you will need, suite has it's own entrance and private outdoor area.

Cabin on St. Mary Lake

Welcome to your cosy, contemporary cabin nestled on the shores of St. Mary Lake on beautiful Salt Spring Island. Thoughtfully designed with simplicity and comfort in mind, this space offers everything you need for a peaceful, clutter-free getaway—perfect for unwinding, recharging, and reconnecting with nature. Whether you’re sipping coffee at sunrise on your private patio or winding down in the evening in your dedicated yoga room, the setting invites you to slow down and take it all in.

Alderlea Farm Modern Light Filled Farmhouse

The light filled farmhouse with cathedral ceilings has exquisite pastoral views of Glenora (Valley of Gold). No wonder it is called Golden Valley House! Visit the farm-to-table restaurant by day (Friday-Sunday from Mar-Sept.) or stargaze at night. Watch the farmers tend the vegetables while you cook up a meal in the spacious open kitchen. Biking and hiking trails and swimming within minutes. Family friendly! Vineyards close by, too. Hot yoga classes available on the farm, too.

Maple Bay Seaside Suite

Escape to our private one-bedroom suite nestled in the heart of Maple Bay on beautiful Vancouver Island. This cozy haven offers sweeping ocean views and a perfect blend of comfort and adventure. Steps from the water and public beach enjoy sightings of seals, otters, birds, and even whales. Ideally located to explore the Cowichan Valley’s scenic trails, award winning wineries, and vibrant local scene - making it the perfect base for both relaxation and outdoor exploration.

Mount Tzouhalem Lookout

Welcome to our listing and the Cowichan Valley. We overlook Quamichan Lake, and are located midway between salt water at Maple Bay and the city of Duncan (each are a six minute drive away). We are also midway between Nanaimo and Victoria (1 hour drives). For bikers and hikers the Mt. Tzoulhalem (Kaspa Road) trailhead is 600m away (we provide bike lockup). Our rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests are $50 per night. Sorry, we're not child-proofed.

Lakeview Escape at Vanisle by the Lake

Private lakeview getaway with room for the whole family to relax and escape. This upper floor suite offers an open layout design with an abundance of natural light. A newly renovated space with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, large private deck overlooking the lake and an outdoor fire pit area. Located just outside of downtown Chemainus and close to Fuller Lake and Mount Brenton Golf Course. We look forward to hosting you! :)

Oceanfront Studio with Hot Tub

We're located oceanfront in beautiful Maple Bay near biking/hiking trails, Maple Bay beach, pubs and restaurants. This cozy Studio offers stunning views and is complete with a kitchenette, full-piece bathroom and a hot tub. Suite has its own private entrance. Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.

Rustic cabin in the woods

Mid-island, this rustic cabin is perfect for any couple (or small group) shacking up in the woods. Features a full kitchen inside, outhouse, outdoor shower, fire pit, covered porch & access to pebble beach trails, making this a magical retreat. Please note that while there is wi-fi at the cabin, there is no cell reception on the property, and many guests have mentioned that they’ve enjoyed the chance to unplug and connect with nature.

Saltaire Cottage

Located on the North End of Salt Spring Island, about 15 minutes from Ganges, Saltaire Cottage is ideal for a getaway with friends, family or some solo peace and quiet. Venture into town and explore Salt Spring Island or just relax in your own personal oasis.
