Situated in the lovely peaceful village of Northam our self-contained annexe is the perfect getaway to recharge and relax, whilst also being a stone's throw from the coastline. This cosy and unique space has a bespoke wooden interior that many visitors have admired. It has it's own sleeping area (you can see the sea through the skylight when sat on the mezzanine bed), fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. There is allocated parking space at the property for two cars if necessary.

Close to the quaint fishing village of Appledore, with it’s bustling quayside and ferry across to Instow. A 10 minute walk to the coast path. The cottage is ideal for couples, families and friends any time of the year. Northam with it’s shops, fish & chips, Chinese take away, pub and restaurant, is a great base to explore the wonderful North Devon Coast.

Cornwallis in Appledore sits at the end of a row of pretty coloured mariner cottages, on a quiet cobbled street, moments from the quay. The dog friendly cottage boasts breathtaking views over the estuary, a wonderful sunny walled garden and two inviting sitting rooms, each centred around a cosy wood burner for ultimate relaxation. Swathed in character and tastefully decorated with a mix of contemporary furnishings, premium linens and antique finds, style and comfort is at the forefront.

The Stables is a recently refurbished annexe in a quiet residential area. You will have the whole property to yourselves with a private outdoor area and parking on site. The accommodation sleeps up to 3 people with a main double bedroom and small double sofa bed in the living room. Bideford town centre is a 15 minute walk, while the pretty villages of Instow and Appledore, and the resort of Westward Ho! with its famous pebble ridge and sandy beach are all a few minutes drive/bus trip.

The Little Beeches, best of Coast and Country

The perfect property for a quiet escape in the beautiful North Devon countryside. Close to both Cornish and Devon beaches it really is the best of coast and country. The Little Beeches is a one bedroom cottage which has a luxurious king size bed, shower room with walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, integrated microwave, full size oven and washing machine. Outside is a large decked area with stunning views, BBQ and seating.

Converted Garage

Private garage room with its own open plan lounge and kitchen area. There is a shower room, double bed and private entrance. The patio has ample room for surf boards/bikes. Ideally sleeps two, but you can fit in a travel cot. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, an Alexa Show and a manual with WIFI Password and information about the area and places to visit. Pet friendly - max up to 2 dogs, no pets allowed on bedding. Under no circumstances are pets to be left alone.

A comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable shed and no passing traffic. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. An adult environment not suitable for 0-12s.
