Welcome to our newly decorated cottage- We hope you like it!The cottage is right on the footpath to the beach and a perfect spot for accessing all Croyde has to offer. There is also a sunny courtyard with a bbq for you sit out and enjoy the evening after a busy day on the beach. We have free parking for one car and happy to welcome your dog too. There's a wetroom for board and wetsuit storage and shower for washing off sand. Light the firepit and watch the sunset with a glass of something cold.

Cottage is short level walk to Colyton which has 3 pubs, 4 cafes, chippy, butcher, 2 small supermarket, gym, a post office, library, hairdressers, garden centre, lovely walks, a river, 2 football pitches, tennis courts etc

There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
