Many local hikes begin at the front door, including waterfalls, gorges, and the Soca River, all within about a half hour walk. Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and pharmacies are a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away in the town of Tolmin. Borea Rooms is a peaceful accommodation with kitchenette in village Budanje, in the heart of Vipava Valley. Just minutes away from Ajdovščina and Vipava. Budanje is an excellent starting point for hiking, bike trips (e-bike rental available), landing point for paragliders. Guests can rent four mountain bikes (free of charge). Additional payment: Tourist tax 2,50 € / person / day is payable at check-in. For children up to 7 years old is free. For children from 7 to 18 years old is 1,25 € / day.

L'alloggio è molto particolare, con mobili pensati a rendere utili tutti gli spazi. Nelle vicinanze si trova una lavanderia a gettoni, una pasticceria, due supermercati e una farmacia. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o in autobus.
