This is Alpha with a king-size bed in 1 bedroom, a double bed in the attic, large windows, blackout blinds, verandas, and terrace with city skyline and natural landscapes. The modern design comes with top-of-the-line appliances. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee area. A welcoming and warm place ideal for families & groups of friends. It is an independent house with large porches built on a plot in a safe area. Within the plot there are parking spaces and a large well-kept garden. It is a comfortable and spacious house with 3 bedrooms(1 queen-size bed, 3 single beds and a sofa-bed), 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room/dining room/kitchen have state of the art AC, as well as all of the bedrooms.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Overlooking the old harbor and the Venetian lighthouse its view is unique. Ideal for one or two couples or families with max. 3 children.
