Iako blizu centra i plaža, kuća je u potpunosti okružena maslinama, zelenilom i netaknutom prirodom. Kuća veličine 52 kvadrata nalazi se u 600 kvadrata ograđenom objektu. Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...).
