The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

A large bedroom with en suite bathroom with excellent shower. Sleigh king size bed. Private second room containing a sofa and a double bed over looking the gardens. This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. There is only the one bathroom and that is en suite to the main bedroom. Free use of the tennis court & courtyard. A complimentary light continental breakfast is provided. Enjoy your stay.

We really want you to experience the beauty of our area. We live on a safe and quiet peninsula, surrounded by water on three sides,close to Cornwall via the foot ferry, close to Brittany Ferries. You can hire bikes or swim in the sea . We are minutes away from the Fig Tree restaurant and the Royal William Yard with its cafés and restaurants including Seco, Prezzo, Wildwood, Pierre's and Wagamamas. We are an 10 minute bus ride away from the university and a 5 minute bus ride into town.

The Bothy on the edge of Bodmin Moor

BED & BREAKFAST at The Bothy close to Bodmin Moor, Cardinham Woods, National Trust Lanhydrock, half an hour from north and south coast and just off major A30 and A38. No TV but guests are welcome to relax in our pretty gardens. Delicious English breakfast is includrd in the price, served using local ingredients, home-made bread and preserves, other menus catered for. The room has a cupboard with hanging space and shelves, small bedside table, lamp and radio and stool.

Close to the centre of historic Totnes. Beautiful self contained room with private bathroom and terrace overlooking garden and Devon's rolling countryside. Fridge , kettle , toaster and coffee press are in the room for making snacks and beverages. Bread, butter and jams etc, cereal and fruit juices , tea and coffee are all provided for your breakfast. Located in a quiet and peaceful village on the western flanks of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, three miles from the popular town of Tavistock, Peter Tavy Lodge is a spacious and charming Edwardian house with plenty of garden to explore. You can be assured of a warm welcome - and a fresh home cooked breakfast; beautiful moorland walks on the doorstep and an extremely popular pub (Peter Tavy Inn) within five minutes walk from our house.

My cottage is set in a quiet road within a pretty village surrounded by countryside yet only 5 minutes drive to the main Devon Expressway with links to Torquay (4 miles) Newton Abbot (2 miles) Totnes (9 miles) and Exeter (16 miles). I am offering a sunny double room with views to the open countryside. and a large light shared bathroom with shower bath which is cleaned daily. A continental breakfast is included (Gluten free option).

We are a small friendly bed and breakfast in the centre of Dartmouth, right on the waterfront, with views of the river and sea. The River Room is a small en-suite double on the ground floor with a king sized bed. Nearby there is free parking from 4pm until 11am from May until September and 2hrly during day, if there is a space available. Please see map in photos section for parking facilities.

18th century cottage,in the heart of Moretonhampstead Dartmoor Devon, Double bed en-suite,TV ,tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Pet friendly,I have two little dogs, yorkie/Russell’s. Sorry no cats. Breakfast is from 8 O’clock, I can leave it out if it’s needed earlier. Continental breakfast included, full English £8.
