Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

Ulimeto è un'antica casa in pietra a circa 3 km da Volterra. La stretta strada da percorrere è asfaltata e si snoda in tornanti che costeggiano olivete e si inoltrano in una zona boschiva. Ideale per piacevoli passeggiate durante il giorno, si consiglia l'uso dell'automobile di notte in quanto il tragitto è privo di qualsiasi tipo di illuminazione. In posizione panoramica, isolata e tranquilla, la casa si sviluppa su più livelli dai quali si gode una splendida vista sulla campagna toscana.
