Welcome to Villa Salu' (adults only, +14). Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 7 Runke (2 person2) is one of seven apartments in our house. It has one bedroome and is situated on a second floor with a beautiful sea view.

Our home is situated in a calm family area right next to the city of Pula,which is famous for its ancient Roman Amphitheatre.To be precise,we live in between the city center and freshly made beaches at Hidrobaza where you can enjoy with your kids,because it offers a lot,from free parking to beach bars, sport terrains etc.. If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Introducing our 2025 offering: a jacuzzi hot tub at Villa Maris, a newly built holiday home in Medulin. The villa features 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room in 130 m². Enjoy the 32 m² private pool, sunbathing area, covered terrace, and barbecue. All rooms are air-conditioned with LCD TVs and Wi-Fi. Two parking spaces are available. Stay tuned for images!

Villa Gardenia is located in Premantura, 10 km from the city of Pula. Pula Airport is 18 km away, and the first beach of Uvala Prisadi is only 650 m away. Villa Gardenia is a house decorated with large green trees, beautiful palm trees, and a unique view of the sea from the top of the house.

The renovated 35 m2 studio apartment is suitable for 2 people and is located on the first floor of the house. The studio has a double bed (180-200) and air conditioning. The kitchenette is full equipped. The 6 m2 balcony offers barbecue and a view of the town center.
