The apartment is based at the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an antique Tuscan building: the sealing in wood and the stone walls are all authentic! You'll find a very cosy and unique atmosphere made by the care for details and love for my home. En-joy it! The apartment has been detailed designed and renovated taking care of original stone walls from XVI sec, original marblekitchen sink, wood ceiling, parquet floor. The new balcony (with the view on the old tower) makes special every moment of the day surrounding by seasonal flowers and strawberry: enjoy at breakfast or for an aperitivo tasting a glass of Chianti wine or watching the full moon in the night. Fascinating Apartment in Pistoia old town, Tuscany

This cozy apartment is the attic of a nineteenth century four-storey building, in the old town of Pistoia. We recently renovated it keeping its traditional and typical details (like the exposed wooden beams and the brick walls). We furnished it mixing antiques and vintage furniture, found in flea markets all over Italy and in our childhood houses. The windows overlook the red roofs of the ancient buildings, the tall trees of the park nearby and the guard tower of the sixteenth century fortress.

Cari viaggiatori sarò felice di ospitarvi nel mio appartamento situato al piano rialzato di un piccolo condominio che si affaccia su un'area verde pubblica. Il quartiere è tranquillo e silenzioso, in posizione comodissima, a 6 min dall'uscita dell'autostrada A11 "Firenze - Mare" e a circa 15 min a piedi dalla stazione e dal centro storico di Pistoia. Parcheggio gratuito in strada. La zona è ampiamente fornita di supermercato, pizzeria, bar tabacchi, fermata bus, farmacia H24, negozi e altri.

Il palazzo è stato oggetto di lavori "ecobonus 110%" e pertanto totalmente rinnovato. Appartamento con nuovi arredi moderni, dotato di tutto punto (in particolare di due nuovi climatizzatori Mitsubishi: in soggiorno ed in camera), con parcheggio coperto condominiale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e all'imbocco autostradale, a pochi passi dal centro e lungo un bel Corso... su cui è ubicato...! Soggiornare per credere!!! Ben trovati ed al piacere di condividerlo: parola di Liliana!.

The apartment also offers a big loggia (25sqm) where our guests can enjoy the view of the garden and surrounding wineyards while dining. You have access to a 2000sqm garden with bbq, solarium, jacuzzi area and swimming pool (to be shared with other guests in the property).
