"House Nubia": townhouse with free parking lot

Our home is in the historical center in a small village in the heart of the city!We have a private car parking with sizes 2x4.90 (included in the price). You don't need pass Ztl to arrive by car. Rooms with private bathroom and air conditioner. "House Nubia" is in the San Frediano district... "the coolest neighborhood of the world" (by Lonely Planet). Ponte vecchio is located just 10 minutes on foot from our home. Luggage storage and car parking are also permitted before check-in time.

La casa ha un forte carattere stilistico, la storicità si unisce al design moderno e gioioso. E' al piano terra, ed ha una zona cucina/salotto luminosa e colorata grazie alle 5 finestre che si affacciano sul giardino di piazza tasso. Completamente accessoriata la cucina, ampia e comoda camera matrimoniale, e un delizioso bagno finestrato. Confinante con le vecchie mura fiorentine, ci troviamo nella zona piu caratteristica e folcloristica di firenze. Tutto è nelle vicinanze!
