Είναι ένας χώρος πλήρως ανακαινισμένος και απέχει 500 μέτρα από την πολυσύχναστη πλατεία Ελευθερίας των Δικαστηρίων,1500 μέτρα από την πλατεία Αγοράς, 2000 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία στο παλαιό λιμάνι και 1300 μέτρα από την παραλία του Κουν Καπί. Υπάρχει ευκολία παρκαρίσματος στο δημόσιο δρόμο γύρω από το κατάλυμά μας. Υπάρχει φούρνος ακριβώς απέναντι Η στάση του λεωφορείου είναι στα 120 μέτρα.
