Enjoy complete privacy and solitude, and soak in the hot-tub perched at the top of the property. The cottage has one-bedroom and a sleeping loft, with comfortable bedding and sheets. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The backyard backs onto towering cedar trees with a cozy fire pit. Guests may also use the kayaks kept at one of the Sunshine Coast’s best beaches to explore the stunning coastline.
