Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. The Cabin At Caddo Crossing

A log cabin situated on a bluff 30’ above the lake bank, this home captures the feel of an old-time fish camp, and is on the edge of a small village in NW Louisiana. The spacious back porch features a northwestern view, and sunsets are not to be missed. We take our name from the historic draw bridge and train trestle nearby, where today the sound of the trains echoing over the water adds to a quaint feeling to a time gone by. There is a free public boat dock about a quarter-mile away.

Turtle Cove on Cross Lake

Disconnect from the busy daily routine and connect with the peaceful wilderness at our beautiful cabin on an island in the cross lake bayou! Our cabin is situated underneath towering pine and cypress trees with a very spacious deck and spa to enjoy the scenery and sounds of mother nature. Our new spa is situated on our deck that is wrapped in string lights and it comes with lounge style seating for an incredibly relaxing experience.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
