"Little Brick House" (Hael House built in 1865)

Best downtown location!! Take a trip back in time at this cozy, centrally-located brick cottage in historic Ste. Genevieve. The original home of John and Francesca Hael in the 1860's, you won't find a more authentic old town experience than you will get at "the little brick house" on Main Street. Enjoy mornings at the local coffee shops and bakeries (right across the street) and evenings on the back porch with a glass of wine. The Little Brick House has all the amenities with old world charm!

The Carriage House

Cute and cozy, this tiny carriage house is packed with charm. Originally used as a place to store a horse-drawn carriage, this delightful building has been completely refurbished with everything you need for a clean and comfortable stay, including endless hot water, vinyl plank flooring, front porch, laundry, and eat-in kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, comfy recliner, and Roku-enabled TV. Please notify me if you are bringing any pets. I want to know dog breed and age.

The Doll House

Not suitable for work groups. Our Victorian doll house is Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, it maintains its original features yet is updated with modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wifi is available and the home is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Enjoy the peaceful backyard while you sit on the porch & relax. An easy drive 4 miles south of I-64. No third party bookings. Use of property to registered guests only.

Sassafras Creek Cabin

Historic log cabin circa 1840 moved to property June 2020. Take a step back in time with furniture and decor to match the cabin’s time period. Located between two houses in newly formed Ste. Genevieve National Historical Park. It is a 10 minute walk to the main part of downtown and other historic tour sites. Adjoins Early American gift shop called Sassafras Creek Originals which is housed in the circa 1850 Brooks house. Close to wineries, biking and hiking.

Remote, with a ton of wildlife!

Come enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy 3 bed 2 bath home! You will see a lot of wildlife just from the kitchen and living room windows. At the moment there is no internet but a smart tv that you connect a hotspot to and stream Netflix, Hulu etc if you wish. There is a gas grill along with a full kitchen. Minutes away from Sparta World Shooting and Recreation Complex and Pyramid State Park. 30 miles from Rend and Kinkaid Lake.

The Walnut House

Thank you for checking out The Walnut House. It’s a roomy and comfortable 2 bed 1 bath house in the middle of town. Within walking distance are several restaurants, many local shops, two grocery stores - one with a great deli! The city park has a walking trail, shady picnic areas, a public pool, and tennis and paddleball courts will be completed soon. Come settle in and enjoy a quiet safe small town get-away!

Norah’s Nest

Nora’s Nest is nestled Beside and Upstairs, over Stella and Me Cafe. The space has a 2nd bedroom upon request, see full description. There is a tiny courtyard in front, for enjoying a bit of the outdoors and the activity on N. Main St. We are walking distance to many historical homes, gift shops, and other restaurants. The space has a bohemian charm with lots of personal touches you’re sure to enjoy!!!

Lake Road Cottage

Peaceful family retreat just a short walk to the city lake and boat dock. Perfect for anyone seeking a quiet escape. Enjoy boating, kayaking, fishing, or a lakeside picnic, then relax on the covered deck, fire up the patio grill, or get cozy around the fire pit while watching the sunset. Start your mornings at the stocked coffee bar, and take advantage of the on-site washer/dryer for added convenience.

Westerfield Log Cottage

Westerfield Cottage is a cozy retreat just 20 miles from St. Louis and 7 miles from Scott AFB. This log cabin, in studio apartment style, has a small private bathroom, television & Roku, microwave, mini-fridge, and top notch amenities with multiple outdoor seating options. This unique and comfortable accommodation sleeps four in the king size bed and pull out sofa bed, all in one room.
