There is a small fitted kitchen, double bed and separate shower-room. Outside is a decking with BBQ area. The village is a mile away, an easy walk for shopping and friendly bars in the evening.

We have two pet goats, a pet Soay sheep and a Jack Russell. The location is quiet, yet it is just a 15-minute stroll into the village of St Agnes with its full range of amenities, and a 20-minute walk (5 min drive) to the nearest beach and the southwest coastal path.
