Our bright and cozy 1 bedroom apartment with a window A/C is a peaceful and centrally located place for one or two in Corner Brook. We are situated on a quiet street, minutes walk or drive to parks, trails, restaurants and pubs. Our location is an easy drive in and out of Corner Brook. We would love for you to stay whether it is for a shopping trip, a getaway to ski, snowmobile, hike, doctor's appointment or short stay work arrangement. This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort. This property is located on the Humber River with a shared backyard perfect for summer campfires and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard! We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Salt Spray Landing - A Cottage by the Ocean

Located on the south shore of the scenic Bay of Islands, Salt Spray Landing offers guests a tranquil, completely private retreat in a cottage situated between mountains and ocean. Take the private path down to the beach and walk along the shoreline to enjoy the incredible view. Fire up the BBQ, relax in the barrel sauna, or light a fire in the outdoor fire pit and let your senses indulge in the natural setting. From here, you can catch one of the most spectacular sunsets on the island!

This unit is a private apartment in the lower level of my home. There is some noise transfer between the dwellings. There are a number of stairs to the unit. The unit has a washer and dryer. Parking in driveway is available. There is an EV charger for conditional use. Weekly and monthly discounts available.

A Stay Across The Bay

A Stay Across The Bay is a 100-year old church that has been converted into your home away from home. This cozy and inviting space has two bedrooms and loft area all with a queen size bed for your comfort. The space has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor bbq. The kitchen has an island that seats four as well as a small dining table. The back patio also has an outside dining table for four. The hot tub is also included in all bookings.

It has a full kitchen and the bedroom comes with a queen bed with comfy linens and luxurious pillows. There's a washer and dryer to refresh your laundry after a long days travel. We are located just a short 5 minute drive to the new hospital and the TCH.
