This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.It is a few blocks from restaurants and shopping. Your pet will love the spacious backyard. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. Please note there is not a bath tub but a shower only. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the second bedroom has the double bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook. We have it stocked with the essential seasonings as well as coffee, sugar, etc.

Piney Woods A-Frame is a cozy rustic cabin tucked away from it all to give you the solitude you've been craving. This is the prefect place for a couples get away, a girls’ weekend, a fishing trip, or just a solo escape. Outdoor lovers will get the best of both worlds here- escape to a cabin in the woods while also being right on the water! Water levels are back to normal so you can enjoy taking out the kayaks! There’s stocked firewood for campfires, board games, & propane for grilling!

When you arrive you will find a 1938 brick home set on a shady hill, a dedicated parking space and private entrance off of the screened in porch. We are the second driveway on the right. The property is surrounded by nature which gives the impression of being out in the country, when in fact, "civilization" is a mere 2 minutes away. Interstate I-20 is also just minutes away. The private bedroom's amenities include modern appliances and antiques that complement the look of the home.

The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River. This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Room for parking up to 4 vehicles and boats or utility trailers is available.
