At 8,000 feet, in the town of Summerhaven, AZ (70 mins from downtown Tucson), the 'Deck House' is the perfect getaway from Tucson’s summer heat as well as, an ideal winter holiday destination. This 2,200 sq. ft. cabin home is ideal for family gatherings (up to 10) with comfortable indoor spaces and 3 outdoor decks. Our cabin is the perfect mountain getaway! Relax on the balcony and enjoy the cooler air and the wildlife. This cabin is good for couples, families, and big groups. PLEASE NOTE: This is our family’s second home. We keep personal items here and everything within is very special to us. This is not a hotel. If you cannot respect our family’s belongings or abide by the check-in/out instructions, our cabin is not recommended for your stay. EXTREME FIRE DANGER! DO NOT HAVE OUTSIDE FIRE! NO SMOKING!

Stairway to Heaven

Great cabin located in the heart of Mount Lemmon, with lots of shade. The cabin is walking distance to Summerheaven and a short distance to Ski Valley, great for a family of four, and has all the amenities you'll need for a great cabin stay. This cabin is not called “Stairway to Heaven” for nothing. From the north side of the cabin (road), it will take you 62steps to the entrance, and from the south side (private parking) it will take you 32 steps, easier to get to w/4x4 or all-wheel car.
